ART 1

I decided to blog about a new subject: ART. ( Fashion is a form of art as well, 

but I prefer to call fashion "wearable art". So the art I'm about to talk about is

non-wearable art, as in decorations and stuff. 

I have always been interested in paintings, decoration, designs,... basically

everything that has to do with ART. (I like creativity)

Today, I'll be talking about YUKO TAKADA KELLER. 

I discovered her on pinterest while I was just browsing through the photos.

The creations are magnificent. Love it. 

Prism of the light 

As floating in the sky

Swinging and sparkling between the wave

TODAY'S TOPIC: NEON ! 

NEON. That's ALL I see lately and I absolutely love it! Btw, before I start writing, did you see

what I did with my title? The neON & neOFF part? no.. okay.. :( Haha, anywaays

I'm very happy to see all of these flashy and happy colours for this summer, because

after this cold and grey weather I think colour is EXACTLY what everyone needs.

( We had a neoff period, but now we've turned it back on ! Woohoow! Okay, I need to

stop with my joke, because I'm probably the only one who understands it)

Ofcourse, I'm not going to talk about neon in general. I'm going to talk about

neon lipstick! They are such a MUST this summer. You can mix and match with

your clothes or colour block. Example: Dark aqua blue dress with orange lipstick

or a yellow dress with aqua blue lipstick !! And so much more! There are so many 

options and so many things you can mix with. I'm going to buy yellow, aqua blue, pink

and orange neons. 

Some people might think it's crazy or it doesn't fit in the world they live in,

but who cares!! We're young, we like to experiment & the most important thing:

IT'S FASHION BABY

and to me, that's all that matters. 

And for some girls out there: don't wear make-up to make yourself 

pretty for others. Wear make-up for yourself.

Wear it because it's a form of art.

not to make yourself pretty for others

or to fit in.

DIY inspiration: Marni from H&M

Hi dolls! 

I know what you're thinking right now, another blogger blogging about Marni for H&M.. Well, actually, I am not going to show you Marni's collection. And the reason why, is just because there are a ton of other bloggers and blogs who write about this subject. 

I don't usually write about collaborations between two brands, but there is something in this collection that has attracted me. Can you find it? 

Yes indeed, THE SEQUINED COLLAR ! It's extremely cute and I so want it..

But then there's the price, even though it's only 20 pounds, it's still expensive for what it is.

Why would I pay 20 pounds for something I can make myself, personalize it and which costs

waaaay less? Indeed, there is absolutely NO reason why I would do that. 

So, mi amigos, this is my DIY idea I will soon blog about ( with the steps etc)

Hi dolls !

I'm back with a new smashing blog post about fashiioooonn! I spent my morning with editing photo's and making collages for my blog ! The designers that will be mentioned in this post are Mary Katrantzou,  Holly Fulton, Antonio Berardi, Daks and Blumarine. They all have a very colourful collection except for Daks. Daks has more dark toned clothes. I'm going to start with Daks and then the other designers will follow. The reason I'm starting with Daks is just because it's less colourful than the other designers. 

Full of gorgeous designs.

One of my favourite designers. The prints are absolutely 

phenomenal and the fact that she uses a lot of colour is

definitely a positive thing! My favourite design would be 

the second photo, line 3.

My first reaction? "Oh my god, PINK !" My favourite design

is the second one on the first line.

Antonio Berardi is my greatest discovery so far. This is the 

first designer that has got me "head over heels". I adore

every single design, no lie. This collection is feminine,

elegant, girly and just perfect. I would definitely want my

wardrobe to be filled with this collection!

Don't you just love these coats from Blumarine? 

They're so playful and fun ! I soooo want one! 

This could also be a new idea for a DIY, even though

I'm not sure if you can dye fake fur.. I'll ask around

and keep you guys posted!
